Email vc@cerebrixos.com with your region, tenant ID, pipeline ID, the time, which assistant you used and what you asked. Never send passwords, tokens or keys.

Common fixes

• "Organisation not found": check the tenant ID; ask Trazio to enable assistant access for your pipeline.
• Signed in but tools fail: your account or token needs read permissions on that pipeline.
• Assistant asks you to sign in again: grants expire after 30 days without use, or when your identity provider revokes access.
• Disconnect an assistant: remove the Trazio connector in that assistant's settings; its access stops at once.
