Terms of Service
Effective October 30, 2026. These terms are between you and Ockham Labs Inc. ("we", "us") and cover the Trazio assistant service at trazio.cerebrixos.com (the "Service"). By connecting an assistant to the Service you accept them. If your organisation has a separate written Trazio agreement, that agreement takes priority where the two conflict.
The Service
The Service gives AI assistants read-only access to one Trazio pipeline that your organisation has enabled. It cannot send data into your pipeline, change settings or delete anything.
Your responsibilities
- Use only accounts and organisations you are authorised to use, and keep your sign-in details secret.
- Do not try to reach data outside your own pipeline, get around rate limits or security controls, or disrupt the Service.
- You are responsible for the assistant apps you choose to connect and for how you use their answers.
AI answers and safety
Answers produced by an AI assistant may be incomplete or wrong; check important results against the source records. Captions and detections describe what a model saw and are not safety verdicts. Do not use the Service as a control system, alarm or emergency-stop path.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop the Service, or suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the Service at risk. We will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.
Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount your organisation paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and CAD $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
